Meat Party!

My wife and I are looking forward to the book release party tomorrow night for “Primal Cuts:  Cooking with America’s Best Butchers“.  I’m planning on showing up with my copy of the book and an empty stomach.  The party’s host is Portland’s Berlin Reed, one of the featured butchers in the book.  I’m looking forward to meeting him and the book’s author Marissa Guggiana.  The party will be at The Cleaners at Ace Hotel and the pre-event ticket price is only $20!  Going to be an over the top event, 16 animals from 3 local farms and 3 local chefs cooking up some ridiculous food.  We’d love for you to join us.  Get ticket info at Berlin’s website, The Ethical Butcher
